Insurance
If you have insurance that will be covering any portion of your treatment, the staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. You can email our office a copy of the front and back of your insurance card and your driver’s license. They will get back with you about your coverage. Please note that treatment cost will vary depending on the type of insurance coverage you have, but with our fully electronic EHR system claims are handled by professionals so chances of errors and problems are rare.
ChiroHealthUSA Reduces Treatment Cost
If you do not have insurance, Liberation offers a medical discount program, “ChiroHealthUSA” that reduces your eligible service fees by 35%. The initial cost of the discount program is only $49.00, covering you and your entire family for one calendar year.
If enrolled with ChiroHealthUSA, the cost of your first visit will total only $149 which covers the cost of the discount program and testing, including x-rays if necessary. The cost of your second visit is typically $68.25, which covers the cost of your first adjustment and any other testing that may be needed. After you have had your initial appointments, the cost of an adjustment with the discount program is just $39.
