There are few common attitudes towards nutrition. First there are the obvious, those who donâ€™t care what they eat or if itâ€™s even food. The other far end are those who wonâ€™t touch anything if itâ€™s not organic, and claim we were designed to be vegan. It gets really interesting in the middle like those that only shop at Whole Foods and work out daily, yet every other night theyâ€™re out drinking themselves to the floor. The way we see nutrition is simple. Every single thing you put in your mouth is either a positive or a negative. The good news is you donâ€™t have to be 100% positive, and the body doesnâ€™t immediately perish when 100% negative. Nonetheless we should strive to keep a strong positive balance in order to keep our bodies running at optimum condition.
